Contact Us
We're a small independent publication. Email is the best way to reach us — and we want to be upfront about what we can and can't help with before you hit send.
How to Reach Us
Senior Benefits Care Finder is run by a small team led by founder Paul Paradis. Email is the only way we take inquiries. We don't have a call center and we don't publish a phone number, because we're not licensed to give benefits, legal, or medical advice and we don't want anyone to think they're calling one.
For general questions, corrections, or feedback: contact@seniorbenefitscarefinder.com. For advertising and partnership inquiries: advertise@seniorbenefitscarefinder.com.
Because this is a small independent team, please give us 2–3 business days to reply. We are not available 24/7, and this is not a crisis or emergency line. If this is an emergency, call 911. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 (call or text 988), and the Veterans Crisis Line is reachable by dialing 988 then pressing 1.
Who We Are and Aren't
Senior Benefits Care Finder is an independent publication. We are not a government agency and have no affiliation with Medicare, Medicaid, the Social Security Administration, or the Department of Veterans Affairs. We are not a licensed insurance agency, law firm, financial planning firm, or medical practice. We cannot enroll you in a program, file a claim, appeal a denial, or give advice specific to your situation. We don't sell your contact information or pass your questions to third-party agents.
What We Can Help With
Corrections or updates to our guides (dates, dollar figures, broken links, eligibility rules). General questions about how a program works or where to find the official source. Feedback on what's confusing or missing. Suggestions for topics or states we should cover. Press, partnership, or advertising inquiries.
What We Can't Help With
These aren't the right place to email us. You'll get a faster, better answer from the authoritative resources below: medical diagnosis or treatment (please talk to a clinician or call 911 in an emergency); individual legal advice (a licensed elder law attorney is the right call); enrolling in Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, or VA benefits (we can't submit paperwork); appealing a coverage decision (your plan, the issuing agency, or a licensed professional can help — your State Health Insurance Assistance Program offers free Medicare counseling); finding a local provider on your behalf (try the Eldercare Locator).
